Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Sales
Location: Jaipur
CTC: ₹2–3 Lakh per annum
Role OverviewThe Sales Executive – Real Estate Sales will be responsible for managing end-to-end property sales, including lead handling, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. The role focuses primarily on NRI clients and requires strong communication and relationship-management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and convert NRI leads assigned through the CRM system.
- Conduct virtual property presentations and coordinate physical/virtual site visits for NRI buyers.
- Clearly explain project details, pricing structures, payment plans, and investment advantages.
- Handle negotiations and ensure timely deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales coordination.
Required Skills- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (additional local languages are an advantage).
- Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- High energy, confidence, and a target-driven mindset.
- Strong motivation, learning attitude, and enthusiasm for sales.
Qualifications & Experience- Graduate preferred (freshers are welcome).
- Highly motivated freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is an advantage (real estate or NRI sales preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be currently employed or serving notice period (if experienced).
- Two-wheeler mandatory for local client meetings.
