Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate has prior experience in real estate sales and is passionate about helping customers find the right property while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client follow-ups and manage relationships throughout the buying journey
- Deliver property presentations and coordinate site visits
- Drive sales closures and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Source projects and coordinate with reputed developers
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Guide customers through informed, transparent property decisions
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation ability and a target-driven attitude
Customer-first mindset
Two-wheeler (bike) mandatory
Valid driving licence mandatory
Knowledge of the Pune real estate market preferred
