Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Bengaluru
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: Sales Manager / Head – Sales
Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales by generating leads, engaging
prospective customers, and closing transactions. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, market
knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the end-to-end property buying process
while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and generate leads through various channels including referrals, digital platforms,
site visits, and broker networks.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Convert inquiries into bookings through effective sales techniques and follow-ups.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
Provide accurate information on pricing, payment plans, and project details.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Sales Process Management
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and CRM teams for documentation and collections.
Assist customers with home loan processes in coordination with financial institutions.
Market Intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market dynamics.
Support in developing sales strategies and promotional activities.
Channel Partner Coordination
Work closely with brokers and channel partners to generate business.
Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners.
Ensure timely communication of project updates and offers to partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
