Employer: Initially via recruitment agency; transition to Qubo direct based on performance
Location: Karnataka
Salary: ₹50,000/month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in electronics/telecom sales
Employment: Agency enrollment (Year 1), subject to performance review

About the Role: Establish and grow Qubo product distribution across Karnataka's telecom partner network. Build dealer relationships, drive category awareness, and execute go-to-market initiatives. High-impact role in a new, high-growth product category with direct transition opportunity to Qubo payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly revenue targets through telecom partner channels
- Appoint and activate new dealers; build distribution infrastructure
- Execute product launches, demos, and partner training programs
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor positioning, and category growth
- Establish Qubo as the category leader in assigned territory
Performance Metrics:
