Job Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive from a QSR / restaurant background who can drive corporate sales, bulk orders, and brand partnerships for Flax outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B and corporate sales opportunities for Flax outlets and cloud kitchens.
- Build partnerships with corporate offices, gyms, fitness studios, and co-working spaces for bulk orders and meal plans.
- Increase daily sales and order volume through tie-ups, catering opportunities, and institutional sales.
- Visit nearby corporate parks and residential societies to promote Flax products and meal subscriptions.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and operations team to ensure smooth order execution.
- Conduct sampling activities, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Develop relationships with food aggregators, local communities, and corporate clients to drive recurring orders.
- Maintain a sales pipeline, client database, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
✔ Experience: 2–4 years in Sales / Business Development in QSR or Restaurant industry
✔ Strong knowledge of local corporate hubs and food service market in Mumbai
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to generate corporate tie-ups and bulk orders
✔ Candidate should be comfortable with field sales and client visits.
