🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Pune region by generating leads, developing customer relationships, and converting RFQs into orders.
This is a field-intensive B2B sales role, involving regular visits to industrial clusters and direct interaction with manufacturing companies.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads by visiting industrial areas (Chakan, Bhosari, Ranjangaon, Talegaon)
- Identify potential customers in:
- Injection molding companies
- Automotive & Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers
- EMS & white goods manufacturers
- Meet purchase managers, toolroom heads, and design engineers
- Present company capabilities (molds, tooling, plastic components)
- Collect RFQs and project requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotation and technical inputs
- Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into orders
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain pipeline data
💼 Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B field sales (manufacturing preferred)
- Basic knowledge of injection molding / tooling / machining
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel extensively within Pune region
- Must have a 2-wheeler with valid license
- Language: English + Hindi/Marathi preferred

💰 Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives on orders
