Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Pharma, based in Noida. The Sales Executive will drive sales efforts by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include promoting Mobilab's diagnostic solutions to healthcare providers, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and preparing sales reports to track progress. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs while achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including account management and client relationship building
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare diagnostics industry is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and sales strategies
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel as required
