Title: Sales Executive – Manpower Services
Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi
Travel Requirement: Once a week visit to Gurgaon HQ

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professional with strong experience in Government / PSU business development for manpower staffing services. The candidate should possess expertise in tendering processes, GeM portal handling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities for manpower staffing services across Government departments, PSUs, and enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through tender portals, GeM, networking, and market research.
- Handle end-to-end tendering activities including bid preparation, submission, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Government officials, procurement teams, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into long-term business engagements.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports, business forecasts, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in manpower staffing sales/business development.
- Strong exposure to Government / PSU sales and tendering processes.
- Hands-on experience working on GeM and other procurement portals.
- Proven track record in hardcore sales and business development.
- Good understanding of staffing/manpower outsourcing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and business opportunities.
Educational Qualification
- Technical Degree required
- MBA preferred
