Sales Executive – Lift & Elevator Sales Gilco Global | Gurugram/ Mumbai/Chandigarh

The Role
We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team across India. You will own client acquisition, manage relationships, lead site discussions, and close projects — working across the full sales cycle in the construction and mobility ecosystem.
What You Will Do
Meet architects, builders, developers, consultants, contractors, hotels, hospitals, and institutions. Drive business through field visits, referrals, and targeted networking. Pitch and present our full portfolio — passenger lifts, freight elevators, hospital lifts, home lifts, escalators, and modernisation solutions. Lead site visits, prepare proposals, and handle techno-commercial discussions. Coordinate with technical teams on execution requirements and maintain a strong follow-up discipline through to project closure.
Who You Are
A confident communicator, comfortable in the field and in the boardroom. You have prior experience in elevator, construction, building materials, HVAC, or engineering sales. You understand the Delhi NCR market, manage your pipeline proactively, and take ownership of outcomes.
