About the role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager - International Markets who can take ownership of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience selling digital marketing services, SaaS products, IT services, web development, app development, or other B2B solutions to international clients.
This role is suitable for someone who understands international buyer behavior, can build strong business conversations, identify client needs, position services clearly, and close deals with confidence.

Role: Business Development Manager - International Markets
Experience: 4+ years
Location: On-site, Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from international markets through LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, networking, platforms, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities across target regions.
- Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, pitching, follow-ups, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Sell digital marketing services, SaaS solutions, IT services, SEO, PPC, web development, app development, branding, and AI automation services.
- Understand client pain points, business goals, budgets, and decision-making processes.
- Conduct discovery calls and consultation calls with business owners, founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
- Create and deliver strong sales pitches, proposals, quotations, presentations, and service recommendations.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand service capabilities, pricing, delivery timelines, scope, and client expectations.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, contract terms, and timelines professionally.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery or account management team.
- Track revenue targets, monthly pipeline progress, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Stay updated on international market demand, competitor positioning, digital marketing trends, SaaS buying behavior, and IT service sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or international B2B sales.
- Proven experience handling end-to-end sales, from lead generation to closing.
- Must have experience selling digital marketing services, SaaS, IT services, web development, app development, or similar B2B solutions.
- Strong understanding of international client communication, buyer behavior, and sales expectations.
- Experience working with clients from markets such as the USA, UAE, UK, Canada, Australia, or Europe.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to create strong sales pitches, proposals, and business presentations.
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, CRM tools, proposal creation, and follow-up systems.
- Ability to work with revenue targets, sales KPIs, and monthly performance goals.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving agency or IT services environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency, SaaS company, IT company, or service-based business.
- Experience selling SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, app development, CRM, automation, or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Experience building sales pipelines for international markets.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams.
- Good understanding of pricing models, retainers, project-based sales, and recurring revenue services.
