Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for the interior designing field. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their interior requirements, presenting design solutions, and closing sales deals. The role requires excellent communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, site visits, and online platforms.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their interior design requirements.
- Explain company services, design concepts, and project offerings.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients regularly and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of interior designing concepts and materials.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Good presentation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s & Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior designing, furniture, home décor, or real estate industry.
