We are hiring a Sales Executive for an insulation contracting company to drive business development and client acquisition in the industrial segment.
Job Location: Nashik / Pimpri-Chinchwad region
Experience:
1–3 years in sales (services, construction materials, or industrial products preferred)
Role Overview:
This is a field-driven sales role focused on generating leads, closing projects, and building long-term client relationships in the thermal insulation space.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and generate new leads through client outreach, industry networks, and site visits
* Identify and secure thermal insulation project opportunities
* Present solutions, explain insulation benefits, and handle technical and pricing queries
* Negotiate contracts and close deals
* Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and execution
* Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
* Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi preferred for local market interactions
* Ability to handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups independently
* Basic understanding of industrial or construction materials (insulation knowledge is an advantage)
* Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and target-driven roles
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Engineering background is a plus for technical understanding
Additional Requirements:
* Familiarity with Maharashtra’s industrial market, especially Nashik / Pimpri-Chinchwad belt
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets
* Basic knowledge of Excel or CRM tools for tracking leads and reporting
Salary: As per industry standards + performance incentives
