Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell Tata ILCV (Intermediate Light Commercial Vehicles) to business customers and fleet operators. The candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through field visits, references, and market activities.
- Promote Tata ILCV products to transporters, logistics companies, and business owners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain product features, finance options, and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Keep updated with competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
Requirements
- Under graduate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile or commercial vehicle sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field marketing interest can also apply.
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
