JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES EXECUTIVE – GUEST RELATIONS & EXPERIENCE LOGISTICSProperty: Alexander Heritage 1907 – The Silent Estate

1. Purpose of the RoleAt The Silent Estate, we do not take standard reservations; we curate exclusive getaways. As the Sales Executive, you are the critical first point of contact for our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) clientele from Mumbai, Pune, and international destinations. Your role is two-fold: converting high-intent inquiries through our exclusive "Request an Invitation to Stay" model, and flawlessly orchestrating the complex, car-free logistics required to bring guests seamlessly from their vehicles to our forest sanctuary.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesBespoke Sales & Invitation Management:
- Funnel Conversion: Manage inbound reservation calls, emails, and website inquiries through the "Request an Invitation" portal, converting high-value leads into confirmed stays.
- The Premium Pitch: Articulate the "Quiet Luxury" value proposition of the estate, comfortably defending and positioning our weekend rate benchmark of ₹28,000+.
- Guest Profiling: Conduct light, polite vetting during booking calls to capture guest preferences, dietary requirements for our Forest Gastronomy program, and special occasions to brief the culinary and butler teams.
- Up-selling Experiences: Drive incremental revenue by up-selling private destination dining under the 100-year-old canopy, artisanal high tea rituals, and premium spa/wellness packages.
Experience Logistics & Coordination:
- Dasturi Point Liaison: Serve as the central command link between arriving guests, their private drivers, and our on-site team.
- Arrival Synchronization: Coordinate the exact timing of our Heritage Cart transit from Dasturi Point to ensure zero waiting time for guests upon arrival.
- Butler Team Briefing: Maintain a real-time log of guest arrivals and departures, transferring all guest profiles and logistical updates to the Estate Butler team for seamless in-suite check-ins.
- All-Weather Planning: Monitor Matheran weather and trail conditions closely, proactively communicating clothing, footwear, and travel recommendations to guests prior to arrival (especially during the monsoon season).
3. Skills & Qualifications- Experience: 2–4 years of luxury hospitality sales, luxury real estate sales, or high-end relationship management experience.
- Communication Mastery: Impeccable English verbal and written communication skills. The ability to speak with high-profile corporate leaders and HNIs with poise, discretion, and confidence is mandatory.
- Logistical Sharpness: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously (tracking guest cars, cart schedules, and suite readiness).
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with luxury Property Management Systems (PMS), CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business operations.
4. Performance Benchmarks- Conversion Rate: Maintaining a high conversion rate of approved "Invitation Requests" to confirmed bookings.
- Logistical Precision: Achieving a zero-friction arrival record (zero guest wait times at Dasturi Point).
- Revenue Targets: Meeting monthly room revenue and secondary F&B/experience up-sell targets.
