About ZPLYS ZPLYS is an all-in-one sports platform that powers academies, clubs, and tournaments across India — covering everything from match scoring and tournament brackets to academy management, player profiles, and live scoreboards. We work across cricket, football, tennis, badminton, pickleball, table tennis, and more, helping sports organizations run their operations end-to-end.
About the Role We're hiring a confident and driven Sales Executive to deliver product demos and close sales for ZPLYS. You won't be cold-calling from scratch — qualified leads will be provided to you, including academy owners, coaches, club managers, and tournament organizers. Your job is to engage them, walk them through a clear demo of the platform, follow up, and convert. If you enjoy conversations, closing deals, and working independently, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
- Connect with provided leads over phone and video, and deliver clear, confident demos of the ZPLYS platform
- Understand each prospect's setup — academy, club, or tournament — and position the right ZPLYS plan as the fit
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects until closure
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers across our Tournament and Academy plans
- Maintain clean records of lead status, conversations, and next steps in our internal tracker
What We're Looking For
- Fluent communication in Hindi and English
- Confidence and clarity over the phone, with a customer-first attitude
- Comfort using a laptop, smartphone, and basic CRM/Excel tools
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or SaaS preferred (strong communicators without experience may also apply)
- Interest in or familiarity with sports is a plus — it helps you connect with academy owners and tournament organizers
- Self-discipline to deliver consistent results while working from home
