We are currently expanding our presence in Eastern India and building a dynamic sales team in Kolkata.
Job Role
We are looking for energetic Sales Executives who will help introduce investors to Fydaa’s financial planning platform and assist them in starting their investment journey.
This is a field + relationship-based role, ideal for candidates interested in building a career in financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
Sales Executives will work closely with the Area Manager and Zonal Head to build Fydaa’s client base in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
• Identify and approach potential investors in the assigned territory
• Introduce clients to Fydaa’s financial planning and investment services
• Assist clients in app download, KYC completion and onboarding
• Educate investors about SIP, mutual funds, index funds and goal-based investing
Sales & Relationship Building
• Generate leads through field activities, referrals and local networks
• Conduct investor awareness discussions with prospective clients
• Build long-term relationships with investors
• Support client servicing and follow-ups
Market Development
• Participate in local marketing activities, seminars and financial awareness events
• Promote Fydaa’s advisory platform among professionals and small businesses
• Build presence in residential societies, business clusters and commercial areas
Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Area Manager for daily targets and lead generation
• Update client details and leads in the CRM system
• Share market insights and feedback from customers
Eligibility
We welcome candidates from:
• Fresh graduates / college pass-outs interested in finance careers
• Candidates with 0–4 years sales experience
• Professionals from telecom, broadband, insurance, fintech, or direct sales backgrounds
• Candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills Required

• Interest in financial markets and investing
• Ability to meet people and build relationships
• Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
• Basic smartphone and app usage ability

Probation Period
3 months probation
