Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive – EPC & Industrial Projects. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients in industrial and EPC sectors, developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The role involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth project handovers to the execution teams. Additionally, the Sales Executive will work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies and contribute to achieving business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals
- Knowledge in environmental engineering, wastewater treatment processes, ZLD systems, and related technologies
- Proficiency in market research and identifying industry trends
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client presentations and relationship building
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities for tailoring solutions to client requirements
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental compliance in industrial projects
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong understanding of the EPC project lifecycle
