About the Role:
We are hiring a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive to promote our Educational CRM solutions specifically tailored for educational consultancies. The role involves working closely with consultancy firms that handle student admissions, study abroad services, and academic guidance, helping them streamline operations and improve client management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and approach educational consultancies in and around Manjeri/Malappuram
* Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals
* Present and demonstrate the Educational CRM platform to consultancy teams
* Understand business workflows of consultancies and offer customized solutions
* Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
* Build strong, long-term relationships with consultancy clients
* Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
* Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and deals in CRM systems
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably EdTech, SaaS, or consultancy-related solutions)
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage field sales activities
* Willingness to travel within Kerala
* Bachelor’s degree in any field
Preferred Skills:
* Understanding of educational consultancies / study abroad processes
* Lead generation and cold outreach
* Product demos and solution selling
* Relationship and account management
