Role Overview
- Drive revenue for cybersecurity products and services across SMB & mid-market segments
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → demo → closure → account growth
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of SMB & mid-market customers
- Sell new cybersecurity product and consulting project
- Run discovery calls, understand customer risk posture, and position solutions
- Close deals and consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Work closely with teams for solutioning and execution
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity
- Strong understanding of SMB & mid-market buying behavior
- Ability to sell value (not just price) in a competitive market
- Comfortable with outbound + inbound sales motion
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience selling EDR, Firewall, security solutions, etc
- Existing network in Pune / India SMB ecosystem
- Exposure to tools like Zoho, Salesforce, etc
Success Metrics
- Revenue targets (quarterly/annual)
- Pipeline coverage & conversion rates
- Customer acquisition + expansion
