About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and execution-oriented Sales Executive to join our Corporate Gifting & Merchandising division. This role involves handling the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client meetings to coordination, execution, and delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, or branding solutions and should be comfortable managing client relationships independently.
Success in this role means consistently generating business opportunities, achieving sales targets, ensuring smooth execution of projects, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
This role will work closely with the sales, operations, and production teams and will play an important role in expanding the company’s corporate gifting business.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities in corporate gifting and merchandising
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients through calls, meetings, and networking
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable gifting and branding solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for production planning and project execution
- Manage complete order lifecycle from inquiry to final delivery
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and build long-term relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Handle multiple projects and timelines efficiently
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and execution teams
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in Corporate Gifting, Merchandise Sales, Branding Solutions, or B2B Sales
- Strong communication and client handling skills
- Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Understanding of customized gifting and branding products
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting
- Problem-solving mindset with strong coordination abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in end-to-end execution of corporate orders will be an added advantage
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Incentives on target achievement
