We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive corporate partnerships, group bookings, and long-term B2B collaborations.
Job Summary
The Sales Executive – Corporate & B2B Partnerships will be responsible for identifying and developing corporate leads, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through wellness retreats, institutional tie-ups, and group programs. The role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and the capability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop corporate leads for wellness retreats, group bookings, and long-term partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR heads, agencies, and institutions
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, proposal sharing, negotiation, and closure
- Manage corporate inquiries via calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings
- Plan and execute B2B sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Coordinate with operations, medical, and wellness teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Maintain detailed CRM records of leads, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate sales (Wellness, Healthcare, Hospitality preferred)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record of achieving revenue goals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Preferred Skills
- Experience in corporate wellness programs or healthcare partnerships
- Strong network of HR professionals and corporate decision-makers
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
