Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to manage inbound customer interactions for our B2C e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, international sales exposure, and a solid understanding of the diamond jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound sales calls with potential and existing customers
- Convert high-intent leads into successful sales closures
- Provide detailed product knowledge and assist customers in selecting jewelry
- Build strong relationships with USA & Canada-based clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM
- Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand standards
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in B2C sales (e-commerce preferred)
- Proven experience handling international clients (USA & Canada)
- Strong verbal communication and sales skills
- Background in diamond jewelry / fine jewelry industry is mandatory
- Good understanding of lab-grown diamonds and jewelry products
- Ability to work in EST shifts
- Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection (remote role)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in team handling or managerial roles is a plus
- Prior experience in high-ticket sales or luxury retail
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales processes
