Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B Field Sales
Location: Gurgaon (Sector 52)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive who can take ownership of business generation and consistently deliver results. This role is focused on acquiring new clients, meeting decision-makers, and closing deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential clients across Gurgaon and nearby areas
- Identify and approach new business opportunities through field visits and references
- Meet decision-makers such as Admin, HR, and Purchase teams
- Present company offerings and convert leads into paying clients
- Follow up aggressively to close deals
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent conversions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or field sales
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Comfortable with daily field work and client meetings
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Target-driven mindset with high ownership and accountability
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based (high earning potential)
- Travel Support: Fuel expenses reimbursed by the company
