Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Executive with hands-on experience in agricultural implements and light farm equipment sales. The role involves managing dealer networks, driving territory sales, and expanding market reach through strong channel development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor network in assigned territory
- Drive primary and secondary sales through channel partners
- Identify and onboard new dealers and expand distribution network
- Evaluate dealer performance and market credibility
- Coordinate with district-level channels for sales and service support
- Travel 15–20 days per month within assigned geography
- Collect market feedback to support product improvement
- Maintain strong customer and dealer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
- Prepare and maintain sales MIS and reports
