Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dahod. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective customers for Shriram Finance’s loan and credit products, explaining product features, eligibility, and benefits, and guiding customers through the application and documentation process. The Sales Executive will visit local markets and customer locations, build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, and work closely with branch and operations teams to ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales targets, following up on leads, conducting field visits, collecting necessary documents, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, adhering to compliance and company policies, and sharing market feedback to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written communication in local language and basic English, and the ability to build trust with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and product understanding, including familiarity with loans, EMIs, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Candidates should possess fieldwork and time-management capabilities, including comfort with regular travel within Dahod, punctuality, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions in a day.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and service orientation, including the ability to address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide support throughout the loan lifecycle.
- 12th pass or graduation in any discipline is preferred; prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services sales will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications and MS Office tools are beneficial.
