- Technical Sales Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for equipment and elevator systems. Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients. Provide detailed technical and application advice to customers on equipment and elevator solutions.
- Customer Engagement Identify and assess customer needs through site visits, consultations, and discussions. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Maintain and build relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Project Management Oversee the technical aspects of sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring all specifications and requirements are met. Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Address and resolve technical issues that arise during the sales process or order finalization.
- Market Analysis Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Reporting and Documentation Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project status in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical) Skills:
- 2-7 years of proven experience as a sales or in a similar role in Elevator / Lift / Escalator manufacturing company
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment and elevator systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
