Role Description
We are looking for a driven Sales & Enrollment Specialist to own the complete learner conversion journey from first interaction to final enrollment. This role is focused on understanding learner goals, positioning the right training solutions, and driving enrollments through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.
You will work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to learner onboarding while maintaining high conversion quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibility
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead engagement to enrollment closure
• Understand prospect career vision, technical background, and upskilling needs to recommend programs
• Handle objections, negotiations, and decision delays with confidence
• Maintain pricing discipline value-based selling approach
• Ensure structured and consistent follow-ups across the funnel
• Maintain accurate lead tracking, sales updates in CRM systems
• Share customer insights and feedback with the Marketing team
• Coordinate internally post-closure to ensure smooth onboarding and learner experience
• Achieve enrollment targets to take ownership of conversion quality
Required Qualifications (must-haves)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience 3 to 4 in sales EdTech / Training / Education sales
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort handling objections and negotiation conversations
• Ability to work with targets and performance expectations
• CRM and sales reporting familiarity
