Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in the Mohali district. The Sales Engineer will work closely with both clients and teams to provide technical solutions while driving sales efforts. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending technical solutions, delivering product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance product offerings and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales Engineering and technical solution design
- Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing client requirements effectively
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to convey complex technical information clearly
- Proven ability in Sales and cultivating customer relationships
- Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
- Relevant degree in engineering, technical, or a related field preferred
