Sales Engineer – Machine Vision & Robotics

Role Description
- We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performance team.
- This is an independent, field-oriented role focused on driving sales of 2D/3D machine vision and robotics solutions to machine builders and end customers across industries like Automotive, FMCG, Steel, and Pharma.
- The role involves extensive travel and direct customer interaction, requiring a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of machine vision and robotics solutions across assigned regions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Engage with machine builders and end-users to understand application needs
- Provide solution-based selling with strong technical understanding
- Manage customer relationships and ensure business growth
- Work independently with a focus on achieving sales targets
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation sales
- Experience in machine vision or robotics sales is an added advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (primarily Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa)
- Must own a personal vehicle
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, extroverted, and proactive personality
- Ability to take initiative and ownership of tasks
