If you are an ex-pentester, an amateur ethical hacker, or a self-taught security enthusiast who wants to move into a highly strategic growth and marketing operations role, this is your playground. You will keep your technical security skills sharp while mastering enterprise B2B growth metrics.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Technical Copywriting & Content Sync: Translate complex application security setups, pentesting insights, and vulnerability concepts into highly engaging B2B email sequences, blogs, and educational lead magnets that speak directly to CTOs and CISOs.
- Marketing Operations Automation: Build, manage, and scale lead-nurturing workflows using modern marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools).
- Technical Consultation: Analyze potential client websites, APIs, and application structures to identify high-level security gaps, acting as an engineering-focused advisor to help shape our outreach.
- Lead Nurturing: Track and analyze technical intent data from prospects browsing our services, engaging them with tailored content solutions that solve their precise product-security headaches.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- The Security Mindset: A strong understanding of or passion for Web Application Security (OWASP Top 10, API vulnerabilities, basic reconnaissance). You know how hackers think.
- The Growth Mindset: Proven interest or experience in digital marketing workflows, email operations, or growth hacking frameworks. You love seeing your words turn into data-driven results.
- Exceptional Communication: Brilliant written English skills, with the unique ability to explain deep technical bugs cleanly, simply, and persuasively to business stakeholders.
- Tools (Good to have, not a dealbreaker): Familiarity with standard security mapping/recon tools (like Burp Suite or Nmap) combined with an understanding of landing page optimization and drip marketing platforms.
