Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer/Sales Officer. The primary responsibilities include managing technical sales operations, providing customer support, and fostering relationships with clients. The role involves identifying customer requirements, offering technical solutions, and promoting company products and services. Additional responsibilities include delivering product demonstrations and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support functions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven skills in sales and customer service
- Ability to handle technical queries and provide practical solutions
- Basic understanding of welding materials or similar technical products is an advantage
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
