Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad for a Sales Engineer with a background in mechanical engineering (B.Tech Mechanical). The role involves providing technical expertise and support to customers, assisting in selecting product solutions, and addressing client requirements. Additional responsibilities include managing customer relationships, driving sales of bearing products, delivering technical presentations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service to promote products, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of bearings, industrial applications, or relevant mechanical engineering concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in dynamic industrial environments, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) is mandatory.
