Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Engineer/Sales Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing technical support to customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and assisting with customer inquiries or concerns. The role demands collaboration with the internal team to meet revenue targets, preparing and presenting proposals, and staying updated on industry trends and market competitive intelligence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering, with the ability to recommend technical solutions to meet client needs
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to effectively build and maintain relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients
- Hands-on experience in Technical Support to address and resolve technical challenges for clients
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Familiarity with bearing products and their industrial applications is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
