Qualification and Experience - Graduate with 5-8 Years experience in sales of RO & process membranes, Spares and Chemicals.

Job description
· Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships Pan-India.
· Conducting market research to identify selling opportunities and market gaps
· Representing the company at various Sales Promotion activities to generate leads
· Gathering feedback from existing and potential customers to improve service delivery and product offering
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships
· Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
· Create reports with sales and pertinent financial data
· Collaborate with the Social Media Marketing team to improve brands digital presence
· Generation of leads by using internal & external database
· Reach out to client leads through cold calling, visiting, and using other tools such as email, social media etc.
· Flexible to travel to achieve sales goal
Skills
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
· Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
· Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
· Prioritising, time management and organizational skills
· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
