Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer in Rajkot. The Sales Engineer will provide technical support to clients, deliver tailored solutions, assist in pre-sales and post-sales processes, and nurture customer relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, promoting product solutions, supporting sales initiatives, and acting as a technical liaison between customers and the company. Effective communication and technical expertise are essential to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and technical solution development
- Experience in providing Technical Support to address client requirements
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on client-centric approaches
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with the precious metals industry or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
