Role Overview
This is a B2B industrial sales role involving a mix of field work and office coordination. The role includes visiting industrial plants, developing accounts, creating opportunities, and converting technical discussions into business.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert opportunities into sales
• Develop relationships with plant teams (maintenance, operations, procurement)
• Conduct inspections, plant visits and client meetings
• Lead techno-commercial discussions and close orders
• Coordinate internally for smooth execution and follow-ups
• Maintain pipeline, reports, and payment tracking
Requirements
• 2–4 years of B2B industrial/ project sales experience (coatings, chemicals, maintenance, or engineered products)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
• NACE/ AMPP/ BGAS certification preferred
• Willingness to travel and work in a field-driven role
