Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in Industrial Automation and IoT products, located in Kochi. The Sales Engineer will identify customer requirements, deliver tailored automation and IoT solutions, and support technical proposals. Daily responsibilities will also include building and maintaining customer relationships, offering technical support, coordinating with engineering teams, and closing sales to meet organizational goals while providing exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and a strong technical aptitude for understanding and demonstrating industrial automation and IoT products
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships and manage customer accounts effectively
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills to present solutions and collaborate with clients and team members
- Hands-on Technical Support expertise to troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel to client locations as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in industrial automation, IoT-related projects, or similar roles is a plus
