Key Responsibilities
- Customer interaction: Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their requirements.
- Technical presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our electronics products and solutions to customers.
- Site visits: Conduct site visits to assess customer needs, gather technical information, and provide on-site support and solutions.
- Sales support: Assist the sales team with technical expertise during the sales process, including preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation.
- Product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our electronics products and solutions, staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Customer feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
- Relationship building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
