Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) at our office in Delhi NCR, India. The Sales Engineer will engage in tasks such as providing technical support, developing and securing sales opportunities, and building relationships with clients. Regular responsibilities will include understanding client needs, delivering product presentations, ensuring successful technical solutions for projects, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales ELV & MEP, with the ability to understand technical aspects and provide solutions to meet client requirements
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, with skills in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong Communication skills to present technical concepts and solutions effectively
- Experience in providing Technical Support during pre-sales and post-sales phases
- Problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with IBMS solutions and knowledge of industry trends is advantageous
- Ability to work proactively and adapt to customer-centered project requirementsm.
