Job Description – Sales Engineer (HVAC / Air-side Products)
Position: Sales Engineer – HVAC
No. of Openings: 03
Location: Bengaluru, Jaipur, Chandigarh
Experience: 6-15 Years
Qualification: BE / Diploma Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Salary Budget - Upto 15 LPA
Job Responsibilities
1. Technical & Commercial Support
Understand project BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications.
Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers for AHU and air-side HVAC products.
Provide suitable HVAC solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
2. Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, builders, and end-users.
Coordinate with key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups for project closures.
3. Project Handling & Coordination
Attend technical, commercial, and negotiation meetings with clients.
Independently handle projects from inquiry stage to final execution.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and timely delivery.
4. Design & Approval Coordination
Prepare and submit technical drawings for consultant/client approvals.
Ensure designs and product selections meet project and technical requirements.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams for modifications if required.
5. Order Execution & Delivery
Monitor order processing and ensure timely dispatch of materials.
Coordinate with production/assembly teams to meet delivery schedules.
Maintain proper documentation and project status updates.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of AHU, HVAC systems, and air-side products.
Good understanding of technical and commercial aspects of HVAC projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC design software will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in HVAC sales, project handling, or technical sales.
Self-motivated and target-oriented professional.
Strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.
