Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing technical support and offerings, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering product presentations. Core responsibilities will also include preparing proposals, solving technical inquiries, and actively collaborating with the sales and service teams to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Engineering experience with a solid understanding of technical specifications and an ability to provide effective solutions
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service with a strong customer-oriented approach
- Exceptional Communication skills for client interactions and presentations
- Experience in Technical Support including the ability to address technical challenges and queries related to construction machinery
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and experience in road construction equipment and machinery is an added advantage
