Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Indore. The Sales Engineer will focus on delivering technical sales expertise for calibration services across Pan India. Daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing technical solutions, conducting technical discussions, delivering calibration service presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires regular communication and coordination with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering to identify client needs and offer tailored calibration solutions.
- Strong Technical Support skills to provide accurate information and guidance on calibration services.
- Excellent Communication skills to convey technical details effectively and maintain client relationships.
- Customer Service abilities to ensure consistent support and satisfaction for clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical and sales challenges.
- Relevant educational background in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with NABL and ISO standards and relevant experience in the calibration and testing industry is an advantage.
