About the Role
Xtrawrkx is hiring on behalf of one of the leading organizations for the role of Sales & Marketing Executive.
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented professional who can help expand business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into successful sales. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Generate leads and convert them into confirmed business orders
- Handle enquiries from platforms like IndiaMART and other lead sources
- Prepare and share quotations with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and dispatch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted sales plans
- Prepare and present sales performance reports
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales & Marketing
- Hands-on experience with platforms like IndiaMART (lead generation, enquiry handling, conversion)
- Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferably ZOHO)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and meet sales targets
