Role: Sales Engineer, Back Office
Region: PAN India
Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer enquiries through CRM and ensure accurate data management.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Application, Design, and Project teams for seamless execution.
• Support customer documentation, compliance requirements, and internal reporting.
• Assist during customer trials, demonstrations, and application related activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial equipment, capital goods, automation, manufacturing, or engineering services.
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
