Job Title: Business Development Manager

Experience Level: 0-2 years

Educational Qualifications: B. Tech (MECH/ECE/EEE)/ MBA (Marketing)

Location: Hyderabad, Telengana, India.

Position Type: Permanent.

Role Description

  • Interest in the Aerospace and Defence sector and willingness to learn industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

  • Support market research on industry trends and competitor activities.

Business Development Support

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.

Bidding & Tendering

  • Identify relevant tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting tender documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.

Client Coordination

  • Support communication with clients and partners.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and opportunities.

Proposal Preparation

  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and bid documents.

Reporting

  • Track business development activities, tender status, and sales pipeline.

· Willing to Travel around the country;

· Good communication and writing skills;

· Fluent in English, other local and common languages;

· Must be a fast learner absorbing tasks and responsibilities;

· Must be a proactive and a team player;
