Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Navi Mumbai, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding and presenting technical solutions to clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing on-site and remote technical support, and assisting in the sales process to meet and exceed revenue goals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
- Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service, ensuring prompt and effective communication and issue resolution
- Strong Communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude to address complex challenges
- Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and remote work effectively
- Experience in industrial or technical products is a plus
