Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in our Noida office. The Sales Engineer will focus on driving sales, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients by addressing their specific air filtration needs. Key responsibilities include identifying client requirements, presenting technical solutions, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote Venticlear's products and services effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and the ability to understand and communicate technical product details to clients
- Experience in HVAC preferred.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach to Technical Support
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, is a plus
- Experience in air filtration or related industries is advantageous
