Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Gurugram. In this role, the Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by understanding and addressing customer needs, providing technical support and solutions, and developing strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include preparing proposals, delivering product presentations, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves utilizing technical expertise to identify opportunities and guide customers in selecting the most suitable products and solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical concepts
- Strong Sales expertise with a proven track record in achieving targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Experience in providing Technical Support and resolving customer issues
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or related fields
- Experience in power transmission or related industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
