Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving technical sales, providing product demonstrations, and delivering customized solutions to clients. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing technical support for industrial automation systems, understanding customer requirements, and proposing relevant solutions. Additionally, the sales engineer will work closely with the engineering team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and an understanding of technical sales processes
- Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Excellent Sales and Customer Service abilities to build and sustain client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information effectively
- Self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the field of industrial automation or electrical control panels is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
