Role Description

The Sales Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, designing and selecting customized solutions, and assisting in the sales process. Key responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals, liaising with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer needs, and fostering customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of Sales processes
• Experience in providing Technical Support to customers and assisting with application needs
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, including analytical and problem-solving skills related to system designs
• Background in Electrical Engineering to address technical and project-specific requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required
• Prior experience in a similar role within the HVAC or ventilation industry is an advantage
• Hands-on experience with product testing, R&D, or energy-efficient technologies is a plus
